Buggy Routes

Experience a unique adventure between nature and sea: explore natural caves, cool off in crystal clear waters, walk along Bayahibe beaches, snorkel and discover nature trails to Dominicus, ending with a delicious tasting of local coffee and chocolate.

Our 10 km route starts at the Hotel Soficu Eden and, in just 3 minutes, we will arrive at the entrance of the Cotubanamá National Park. There we enter one of the most representative attractions of the area: the Chicho Cave, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in cold waters, surrounded by the predominant nature of the place.

As we leave the national park, we will go by unpaved road to one of the public beaches of Bayahibe, testing the adrenaline of the passengers. Afterwards, we will continue to the Soficu On The Beach Hotel, where you can discover the best beachwear, handicrafts, and products available in our store.

Later, we will visit other of Bayahibe's main attractions, including two of its five natural springs. From there, we will move on to Magallanes Beach, where you can enjoy a dip in the sea, snorkeling and swimming near the Ojo de Bayahibe, a key point along the route. Then, we will head to the town of Dominicus through a nature trail, ideal for adventurers to fully immerse themselves in the natural wealth of this area of the island.

Before ending our adventure, we will visit the coffee and chocolate factory in Dominicus, where you can taste a good coffee and learn about the process of cocoa until its transformation into chocolate.
